With over 12 years of experience, I bring a proven track record in driving sales growth and managing technical operations. Till now, I’ve worked in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC), management consultancy and IT & Information Security. During my career span, I’ve collaborated with clients across diverse sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Construction, Manufacturing, RMG, FMCG, Food & Agriculture, Development Agencies, and Global Financial Institutions providing Business Assurance (ISO Certification) and Inspection services.

🚀 Currently: Serving as Business Development Manager / Lead Auditor at SGS in the Middle East Region, where I focus on expanding our client base and enhancing service offerings mainly in the IT & Digital Trust domain.

💼 Previously: I’ve managed technical and sales teams in Business Assurance and Industry & Energy sectors within the TIC industry, providing ISO Certification, Training, Inspections, and Environmental services. I have also worked as a management consultant and led a tech team to develop Bangladesh’s first comprehensive GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) solution, which is over 50 clients in the public and private sectors.

🧩 Industry Exposure: My experience includes working with prominent organizations like World Bank, IFC, USAID, GIZ, Government of Bangladesh, Nestle, Unilever, Parker Wellbore, Chevron, and the Dhaka Stock Exchange. I’ve completed over 150 projects as a consultant / project manager and have over 160 Man Days of third-party audit experience.

🔧 Software Development Experience: Developed a cloud-based GRC software for compliance management (first of its kind in Bangladesh) at R&G Technologies, and two secure web-based Certificate Management and Verification applications at TÜV Austria for streamlining their certification, verification, and traceability processes.
